New mods:

Vogtland springs 1" drop
Tokico Blues (Front)
Cobra Bilsteins (Rear)
Dyno Tune for the first time
Front upper/lower control arms
Aluminum minispare wheels up front to replace the steelies
and the possibility of underdrive pullies

I did this last year with some car buddies on facebook and I beat all of their guesses. I do believe the car will hit its wall this year NA though.

From what I've heard, there is no quantifiable weght savings with the coils vs. air. The weight savings up front would be the much lighter aluminum minis. Maybe 30-35# total. I'm expecting a stiffer ride but better handling.

The stiffer ride is one of the reasons why I say you run a 13.33.
