CL Mark with interesting front Valance?

There was some guy with a silver 1st gen in my area that I used to see with some kind of ground effects kit on it similar to that..I believe it had a rear bumper piece as well with rectangular exhaust tip openings with some kind of spoiler too...all I know is this kit looks hideous..I'm not a fan of add on ground effects, looks cheap and sh*tty. It's one thing if the car came standard with ground effects but not something like this.
 
Might look good if it was lowered when it was parked at least?

it was an option back in the day you could have lincoln add it to your mark when buying new a few still exsist but not many. my brother in law had a black 94 with that kit plus a wing on the trunk i have only seen it in person twice, someone also had one for sale on a 98 white collector edition here in florida.

Last I remember Rich (MyGreat8) had a white one w/that same kit & sold it. They are SUPER rare. By the way, umm, where on earth is the radio on that car?
