U.S. Fresh Show
Next summer I want to host a car show and people gathering. It will be the First annual U.S. Fresh Show. THis will be held somewhere in the North Eastern part of Ohio. All cars trucks and bikes are welcome. This may have an entry fee with it based on the venue price and so on. Before I start this whole project I need a show of hands for people who would be interested. I will post this other places as well. Depending on what kind of response we get, we may have prizes and lots of other goodies too.

Any and all comments and ideas are welcome, this is after all for you guys. I am going to really shoot for the Good Year Blimp hanger for the venue but I am not sure how that will go, if any of you are tight with Good Year cooperate your help is appreciated.

I think this could be really great, they have these sorts of things all the time in Europe, we need to get on board over here.​


So basically as it reads, I am working on this. I will need a good sized following for it to be worth the work, If anyone is interested please email me.

you were late enough that you missed the people who checked it before work, and early enough that it isn't like lunch break or anything yet.
i'd love to go but ohio is just too far for me.

I'm impatient, but I will need to make this as public as possible I will need a large group of folks to make it worth it. Luckily for me I have a good friend in Summits marketing department. I am going to give him a call tonite and see if they may want to be involved.

I will post up how that goes, then I Have to call Ed or Faith over T good year to check on Using the Blimp Hanger and grounds as the venue. Lots of work, but it will be worth it
 
I was hoping to see an LS at the "Piston Power Show" at the IX Center last weekend. No such luck. Maybe next year.
 
I'd like to have a good bit of LS's and Mark VIII's there show people that lincoln has good following
 
I would go if I didn't live in FL. sucks man not many good car shows or anything for newer cars really just old classic shows in my area....pretty lame.

I hear you there bro. Seems like the only ones
That drive the LS's are older ppl like 40+
But they aren't the ppl you'd walk up and talk to
Them. They're stuck up lol
Nonetheless, older car shows for sure here too.
Mustangs/ford f100/camaro/corvettes etc.
 
Thats really why I want to this. These types of shows are everywhere in europe but here it seams if it is 1990 or newer no one cares. Thats all about to change next summer.
 
I might be able to, guess it just depends when during the summer... and if there are any hotels near by.

There are plenty of hotels around and if you find anything in canton, thats only a 20 minute drive. I would look into the hilton by the akron-canton airport
 
...well i am getting married next summer.... I cant think of a better honeymoon spot... we're in :D:p:cool:
 
just mapped it, From Kansas City.....803 mi, 13 hours 33 mins I-70 E... ouch
 
yeah I would love to see anywhere from 600 to a thousand cars at this show. If goodyear and summit get on board they will be all over the promotions for me. And I am sure it can be done, just have to get the big fish in the boat

Due to my drivers license... But I hope it works out

So many car shows I'd like to go to. This one
And the LS national meet that Rollin has set up...
(going to listen to Justin timberlakes "cry me a river"
And do just that) hahaha

Thanks man... yeah i planned on posting something on it a while ago, just didn't get around to it... it was a surprise trip up to NYC a month or two ago....

600 to 1000, thats a big show. keep us updated on the plans.

good luck with this, getting a show off the ground is hard work. I helped get a small one off the ground when I lived in Cali...the things I learned is this..

1. Book venue well ahead of time
2. Contact area department of commerce (make sure no certain permits needed)
3. Contact local Businesses for sponsers
4. Spread the word on as many forums as possible....
5. Remember to check is security will be needed, some facilities demand this if over x amount of people

thats all can think of off the bat,,,let me know if there is anything I can help you with....

if there is any way you could help that is hugely appreciated. I know this is a huge undertaking. I want to do this and I know with the right steps it can be done.

that is not a detail I have worked on, first I want to get it off the ground and at least hovering before I get that far, If you are interested though subscribe to this or my site and there will be constant updates.I will let you know though on classes. I will work on some of that sort of stuff this week.
 
and a LVC section is a must... im sure theres some type of insurance needed?
