afters clearing the turn signal and painting the bezel I re-assembled the headlight by reheating it, setting back in its place, and re sealed it using black RVT sealant...

and both done and on the car....the bezels are a little darker then the color of the car, but over all Im happy with the outcome.

Not a fan of color matched bezels. But the engine parts painted looks really cool. Nice job though.

I have mixed feelings about them. I also seems to be alone in liking the orange lens staying there on the gen1 lights. Seems to me that he needs to get clear marker lenses to match now.

Also, is that cardboard on your intake?

Someone removed the silencer and glued that piece over the hole. You want to make sure that hole is sealed. Any air getting in there (after the MAF sensor) will wreck havoc with the computer.

Thanks, whats the silencer do? should i get one installed? Its sealed really good, never had any codes referring to it.

What did you paint the plastic engine cover with? It looks good.

Like the headlight bezels. Look great. You should paint the black part of the grille too.

BTW You forgot to paint the passengerside strut cover.

lol yea I have to get to that.
I painted the grill but didnt like it, so I did one in black to match the lower grill.

How did you paint your brezels? Did you get a shop to do it, did you order them color matched or did you rattle can em?

I don't like the painted bezels and it also seems like every piece you painted is a different color/shade?

Defintily not the only thing not matched is the strut tower which I used to decide on the under hood color, other then that everything is exactly the same shade.

Used Ford color code BQ spray and normal prep process.

Look's ok not a big fan of the painted bezels myself, you should try the Hd lip on the front bumper.
