Ok so I have much of the drivetrain done or in progress to the way I want. BUT I have owned a few MN12 t-birds and everyone of them handled better than my lsc. I see Sway bars mentioned but a few questions on that 1. are there different bar sizes (stiffness) or only one part number? 2 What is said part numbers for front and rear?

Next I have 04 cobra rear bilstiens but what shock for the front that is actually available now is best for handling

I plan to mod the bags in the rear and redrill the fronts and then I am still deciding if I go asham8 or just sensor lower for the remaining drop I want.

I don't want a car that rides like .... well a mark that the air ride is broke BUT this fat cow ride is not cutting it ether. Guide me to the light!

(oh and I searched sway bar and not much solid info popped up:D)

there are a fews sizes avail what is the preferred one? I am thinking due to the extra weight of a mk the biggest bar would be best. What about shocks?

Konis for the front. Good luck finding them.

On air I would get the 1 3/8" Addcos.

So what you are all saying is get the shocks that well ... I can't get.... Gee guys thanks for the help LOL

Oh and I forgot I am gonna get a set of braces from a guy in Kettering for it to...

I have a buddy that works at a parts store and is bored most days so can you give me the koni part numbers so I can sick him on finding me a set... Pretty please :)

IRS brace, 1 3/8" Addcos, K-member braces will make a world of difference in the car. If lowered then cutting down the rear springs and redrilling the front shock mounts will also help a ton. New shocks will make the largest difference but you know the story on the fronts.

I have Bilsteins in the rear and love them.

ya see I don't need it to handle like a race car but I went and put the nice sounding exhaust on it and in a straight line all is good and I forget I am not in a stang .... Then I try to turn....

Ok so that seems like a good game plan then once I get that part number for the gold plated konis.

keep in mind, although the mark weighs more than a plain t-bird,it weighs less than a supercoupe t bird.

in other words, dont be worried about the relatively small weight differences when choosing your handling components to swap between platforms.

Read Laser's white car progress thread. Lot's of good info and pics in it.

My LSC and SC are both within 10 lbs. of each other @ ~3,980 race weight.

ok, i believe you, i was going by published weights,

Mark was around 3750-3800 ,and SC around 3900, i th ink a base 92 bird was listed around 3550-3600
but seeing as you have both, you know better than me.
