Would anyone roll these 17's for $250

i think they might look good if you painted the back
five spokes a darker color.
Also my moms jag x-type wheels would not fit on my mark
bolt pattern was right but the hubs were smaller on
her wheels

Maybe these will be different because these are 17x7.5 JAGUAR S TYPE 2000-2003 10 SLOTS SILVER PART - XR82014

If they don't fit or I really don't like them, they should sell fairly easy for $200 or so.

The wheels are on their way here. This is what I'm giving him for them.

Tires and wheels I have had in the attic since I moved in this house. 13" with about 60 to 100 miles on them. Nothing I needed and the engine hoist was out back and I wanted that thing out of here anyway. The JL 10" sub for a truck is something else I just had setting in a closet and has never been used. My dad bought it about 6 months before he passed away. Never was installed in the truck.

Well, I broke out the impact and rolled the jack over to the car and turned the air ride off and went to it. Got them on, took some quick pics. I was soaked because it's only 100 out there. Went to pull out of the garage and the fronts are rubbing on the tire, right at the top of the upper CA and the wheel itself is barely rubbing dead center of the upper CA. If I want to keep them, I'm going to need spacers or something in the front. The rear were free and clear.

I like them but it's one of those things I would have to get used to. At least I would never have to worry about someone saying my wheels are on backwards. Pics below, you all give honest opinions. I think my Lincoln center cap will even fit those wheels too.

If you want try a set of 5mm's on the front to see if they clear. Roughly 15 shipped on ebay for 2. Thats what I had to end up useing for mine. Though my wheels(not tires) were just barely rubbing the upper portion of the spindle 3" below the uca at full lock w/o the 5mm's..02

That's not bad. I'm seeing different sizes for the hub area, like 120mm ect... and I don't know that size. Mine are stock but anyway, I'm not real sure how far I need to come out. The spindle is what I meant. Mine are barely rubbing right in the center but it's the tire that has more of a grab. I'm thinking maybe 5/16's should get me off it. I guess I could try washers or something to find out where I need to be.

Is the whole wheel rubbing or just the weights? I cant put clamp on weights on my wheels or they hit the spindle.

The whole very outer lip of the wheel. They have static weights inside. No clip on weights. The tire is what I really need to get off the top of the spindle.

That damn cursor messed with my head.

I don't understand what you mean by spindle on our car...can you elaborate? Is it where you bolt on the wheel?

As much as I hate to, I'll go take one of the fronts off and take a pic of where the rubbing is happening. I didn't drive it. I only moved like 5 feet and knew I needed to back into the garage and check something. Didn't want to ruin anything and it didn't.
