I thought I would just put this one out there. I didn't take any pics machining the plugs. Sorry. I made all the plugs out of black delrin so they would match. All the plugs reach into the tube and have locking teeth that lock plugs in. I also 2 part plastic epoxyied them in. I only wanted these to stick out .125 so that how thick the part you see is. I also surface destressed the finish to look like stock. Here is close up of plugs.

Ok I'm going to have to make a disclaimer here because this is my car and I work on it how I please. This write up does not imply that this is the only way to do this or the best way.Just way I did it. That said,on we go.

I would have to take a better look at mine to see what have done here.I notice the plugs but just don't know what it looks stock to notice the difference.

what did you use to cover the resonator holes? looks clean, notice any sound increase?

hahah just read the post, how much would it cost for you to do this for me. if i shipped you out a air intake and you filled in the holes for the resonator. also i know theres a resonator under the air box, but wheres the 3rd?

Dan had just finished his when I was doing an extra one I had.I'm stuck right now on the duct tape. Thought I had some around here but I guess not. I'm in no rush but I got a few pics. It's dirty and rough looking right now. I'll have it smooth when I get done.

When I did my 94's intake tube I took a hole saw (not sure of the size) and cut a circle out of that triangular piece to fill the round opening. Then I used Plastic Weld epoxy to glue it in place as well as fill the hole in the center of the filler piece from the pilot bit.

I didn't even think of that. I threw that piece in the garbage yesterday. I have the holes filled already though and now waiting for sanding. It turned out pretty good on the filling. Used two part epoxy and it hardened up nice over night.
