in our center console any way to have two cans cold because that is the best kind of drink (safe to drive with our cars and stay cold during long trips ) i know we can not have ice but any ideas?? lol plez no jokes :D

Double plastic lining or a 1 gallon freezer bag to use as a lining? There are some old school ice tray things (that hold ice) out of freezers that would fit in the console.

My advise... If you have good working cup holders on your Gen 2, quit using them... Non broken cup holder arms are a big deal these days because they all break. I saw somewhere a holder that slips down between the passenger seat and the center console, thats is what Jamie was using for a while. Donno about keeping it cold though.

These vehicles have a trunk, ice boxes will fit in there...
You could find a way to put some dry-ice in the very bottom, then ice on top, this will keep the ice from melting

Thats y I use cans Thay fit nice and don't put strain on the arm. I like the dry ice and a ziplock I just don't want to have to stop if I can go 300 miles or so and I just need to quench my thirst

If thats the case get one of the small coolers you plug in and put it within reach

not to sound like a smart ass but what about using insulated cups? like the ones for coffee just put something cold in it instead??

at least my gen 2 has a cup holder for my lady as well...and last time i checked the mark viii was a luxury vehicle so i dont want a cooler being an eye sore. this being in my opinion the road/highway vehicle i want it to be just that. a month or so after i got it i took it on a road trip...i took it for the best road trip i have ever had by myself and the passenger seat was a good place for my cooler....now my passenger has a much better use and i want that user to be as comfortable and as happy as i am with this car. one of our most favorite things to do is to just take a lazy drive and in this luxury vehicle neither me nor the love of my life would rather not be thirsty. she is looking fort he mark viii of her dreams...black on black 98 lsc
