Have you called his number? It's not like him to not get back to someone and especially to not send what you ordered. Either there is some miss communication or something is wrong in some way. I'm sure whatever it is, it's nothing intentional on his part.

Eddie called me once and talked about this ... Guys buy parts elsewhere and then :q:q:q:q don't work ... or they have problems ... then expect Eddie to help and fix the problem. Even Suncost tells it's customers to go to Eddie's site.

If it was me I wouldn't contact you either ...

I've never had any problems from Eddie ... I also don't purchase my air ride parts from anyone else.

I emailed about his products that I wanted to purchase. When I got no reply, I bought my stuff elsewhere. I wouldn't buy stuff from someone and then contact another company for support. Thats asinine.
