Engine appears to be running right. That sound is bearing noise. It may be alt, may be water pump or it may be one of the tensioner pulleys. It may even be a worn out belt.
Check the belt to see if there are any cracks at all on the grooved side. If so, replace it.
To check the bearings you need to remove the belt and just spin the tensioner and idler pulley by hand. If they are not perfectly smooth or if the wobble AT ALL then they are bad. If they are good then spin the alt and see if its smooth. If so then spin the water pump (above the crank, below the alt) and see if it makes the noise.
Your video didnt help me to try and pinpoint it.
EDIT: Watching the video a half dozen more times I heard an unusual noise right before the video stopped. Could you go back and make another video? This time hold the damn camera still and go from the front of the motor, not the side. Get the camera lense close to the alts snout and hold it there for a good five seconds then move the camera down by the tensioner and hold it there for at least five seconds. Then back away from the motor holding the camera about 3-4' away.
