96 LSC Housings

Yeah, it appears so. I was going to get them until I was outbid by someone with ZERO transactions. I'm not in need of them anyway. I was only getting them for looks. My halogen housings are both NIB about 2 months ago and have had HID's since installed. I should never run into any "burnt chrome" as long as I own the car. I had another NIB set but I sold the drivers side. I still have a new passenger side. Never installed on a car before. May as well sell it too.

Jamie has tested both halogen and HID housings with an aftermarket HID kit and he said the halogen housings put out much more light. I know mine put out extremely good and I never need the high beams for anything but if I do turn the highs on, which hold 6000K bulbs, I swear I can see for miles ahead.

I still agree that HID housings do look better though in the daylight and it gives the front of the car an upgraded look.

Those are mine. Even in my best case scenario I was hoping to get about a third of what they were selling for a couple years ago.

And that zero transaction person has me a bit worried. Who still has a zero rating on Ebay?

With all that said, they are absolutely worth buying. They look infinitely better than the Halogen and they're DOT approved for the HID application.

show me the last time a cop knew hid's inside halogen housings were illegal and actually stopped someone, 90% of the cars on the street today have them factory, you actually think anyone knows the difference!!!

holy crap 6000 posts!!!!

Some bastages stole em. Oh well I drove up the price for you. I do take kickbacks.
Very much appreciated.

I always did. And I knew I was a good citizen for having them and properly illuminating the road before me.

Especially after several years of driving with a pair of blinding, poorly aimed driving lights mounted behind the grill.

Congrats.

Congrats.

Having halogen housings with HID's properly aimed doesn't blind anyone.I have them and have never had one flash at me and never did in my 94 either. It also had new housings. The problem is, some people want you to see that they have bright ass HID's so they aim them to the sky just to make sure you see them.

Drat seeing these now the auction is over in a way pisses me off? There is a Gen 1 by me for sale $750 and the headlights are so yellow it ain't funny! I was thinking of picking it up but the headlights make me stay away
