wtf.. i found something with gen 1 headlights and fogs..

We were stopped getting something to eat and we pulled up to this camper..

Look at the headlights and fogs.. they are the same as the gen 1s.. I was like wtf.. just figured I would share

I know right.. I couldn't see if the headlights had the flat spot like the ls or not. We had to get back to work. I just thought a weird thing to show. If they fit they might me cheaper..

Looks like we know what happened to all the gen 1 lights after Ford decided not to sell the LS in Europe. The website for that motorhome is in Germany.

That is manufactured by Newmar in Nappanee Indiana. About 10 miles from me. You can see the Newmar name and logo in small letters below the "Dutchstar". Newmar has been a client of mine for years. I'll ask them about it. I would love to find a cache of headlights with grey sealant on them. I doubt they are actually the LS lights because they would likely have too much curve to fit the motorhome.

Besides, it is photoshopped. You can tell by the pixels and because I have seen a lot of photoshops in my time.

So, the LS shares the DEW98 platform with the Jaguar S-Type and the Newmar DutchStar.

I wonder if you can swap out the 3.9 for the DutchStar's Cummins 400HP Diesel
