Has anyone painted there stock LS grille

I am going to paint my stock grille that is crome black, and the back piece that goes around the license plate, If you have done this what did you use, any info will help, Thanks
 
Nope, nobody. ever. You should try it and show us how it turned out.
 
nope no1 ever has im pretty sure theres no threads on this if you use the search function located at top of screen
 
Don't look at the pic below.. It's deceiving.. It's not really color matched.. :cool:

But no seriously it is pretty easy. Do it yourself, just takes some sanding and basic paint skills.
 
I have never seen anyone paint there front stock grille to match before. Post pictures and let us know how it turns out.

wen i finally do it...itll b probably b in march...painting all the chrome black and i dunno if i shud leave the black center of the grille how it is or color macth it too....wutcha think?
 
You mean go from a dark gray to black? Prob black
 
its ok i'm used to the smart coments on the whole search thing, I am on LS1TECH.com every day, but thanks for the pics.
