Raced a chipped Nissan Titan quad cab...

I raced a chipped Nissan Titan quad cab to 70mph. The first 60 feet he was a bit ahead and then I just started tearing away like a freight train. At 70mph I had 3 1/2 cars on him. We both pulled in the gas station after to talk (which is how I found out it was chipped). He was a pretty cool guy and was quite surprised the Mark VIII beat him.

God I love having a sleeper.....

I almost gave in and sold the car for an LS1 Camaro, but that would have been obvious and too easy. The mods are coming in the mail already

I've wasted more gas than I should of showing up little kids in there hondas around me....I know it's not worth my time but it's still fun.

i can never get the little hondas to bite. there always going the opposite direction or wont even turn theyre head when i rev up. theres some bad rice around here, some kid has a crx thats slammed on the groung and has an aero wing that is angled WAAAY forward. super lame

Yeah I hear ya. I never can get anyone to bite because they don't think the Mark VIII is worthy...what they don't realize is it would most likely whomp on them. I was thrilled that I got this guy to bite...

Well I raced my brother before too in his 05 Titan king cab (which is the 2 door lighter version) and I had about 2 cars by 70mph. My brother wasn't chipped, but his timing was advanced and he has a K&N filter...so that's about right that I had an additional 1 1/2 cars on a crew cab.

How was his timing advanced?

He said he went to a Titan meet up and someone there had some tool to advance the timing. He said other Titans there were picking up anywhere from 7-10hp on the dyno with the advanced timing.

His truck is definitely quick for a truck, but he can't deal with the fact he was beat by a Lincoln
