Finally...

I ordered the Delrin bushing kit from DLF. It does not replace the inboard bushing in the upper control arm, but includes all three knuckle bushings and the two inboard lower control arm bushings.

I ordered the Koni rear shocks from SCP. They are listed as a set of 4 for the Tbird, but I asked Bill for just the rears. They were a direct fit using the upper bushings from the Bilsteins I replaced since I had the custom upper shock mounts and not the stock shock mounts.

DLF pointed me to Don Roy @ Paragon Performance, 1-800-270-0333. ;)

Yep. :)

The stock inner upper control arm bushing is ok to continue using, as long as it's in good shape. The only thing the upper control arm does is provide camber control.

The Koni rears p/n is 8041-1202SPORT. Tire Rack has them on sale from time to time. ;) I actually bought mine new on eBay, dropped shipped direct from Koni NA, for $254 shipped. :D

BTW, When you talk to Don Roy about the brake lines, he'll probably tell you that there are 5 brake lines, but ignore that, there are only 4. :) You'll have to figure out a way to secure the lines to the body when you install them, as no bracketry is included. The picture shows what I did in the rear using SS brackets I bought from Totally Stainless.

In the front, the stock line needs to be seperated from the airbag sensor bracket by grinding it off, and then you can just use cable ties to secure the new line to the brakcet.

So you done even get all the bushings for $600??

The stock UCA inner bushing is already plastic, and uses an eccentric bushing to adjust camber. They're readily available and work fine, there's no need to design a replacement.

I produce a Delrin LCA Bushing Kit and a Delrin Knuckle Bushing Kit. I do not make a UCA bushing kit.
