Absolutely the smartest, most efficient SPIDER EXTREME we've ever built....and very possibly the last version of the SPIDER EXTREME. Its simply hard to improve on perfection!

For those who "liked" the loud venting HISS of one of the prior SPIDER EXTREMES.......YOUR GONNA LOVE THIS ONE! If the old SPIDER EXTREME vents like a high performance muffler.....THIS THING VENTS LIKE UNCAPPED HEADERS!!!

The newest version(V4) has been on the drawing board for almost a year and we are almost done with prototype testing. By converting the O.E.M. dryer into a cooling chamber, we can now cool the moist air(water vapor) down and trap it just as it leaves the compressor assembly. Rather than allowing a certain amount to reside in the lines, air struts & air springs. Therefore making the system even more efficient than even a new stock factory system. By doing this, the V4 model has remedied the biggest problem that has plagued Ford/Lincoln air suspension systems for years....which is excessive moisture in the dryer. No need to replace the dryer every few months(or 4-5 years to new systems) to rid the system of moisture. Simply install the SPIDER EXTREME V4!


Kit includes a cooling chamber, 2 water separator/filters, its own industrial strength hi-flow solenoid and a 0-200 p.s.i. pressure gauge to help you in the diagnosis in case of an air suspension problem later on. Allows air to be easily inserted in the system manually in an emergency and you can even pump up a flat tire using the air suspension system and an attachment hose! (attachment hose not included)

Eddie, I asked a stupid question but I will be getting this for the compressor that i have of yours. It's been setting in a closet wrapped in towels for a few months. Nevermind the dumb question I asked lol.

Not a dumb question at all. The answer to your question is yes. It can be added to ANY of our rebuilt O.E.M. Mark VIII compressors....but will not work with one of the new aftermarket (black) ones from China.

My concern is how these operate in colder climates. Where the water condenses, can it freeze and cause something to break? I have the original Spider and did not want to upgrade to one with water separators due to that concern.

Sorry, dummy me forgot to subscribe to this thread. Anyway, I understand what your saying about the water freezing. Unlike a normal factory dryer (which may have water inside and you'll never know it) with this system ALL the moisture will be collected in the water seperators. As long as you stay on top of it, you shouldn't have a problem. Keep in mind that its always gonna make more moisture in the summer. Unless you have alot of water in the system already, you may not even need to drain the seperators during the winter. Every car is different.
