how freely should the front wheels spin (off the ground)(with the tires on)
Lug nuts???Nuts on too tight, loosten it. Or the bearings are shot but it would alsobe wobbly if that were the case.

The torque spec on that nut is like 295ftlbs... and if you know how the bearing is designed the torque on that nut has nothing to do with the wheel spinning....
got the NAPA ceramics with the "V" shaped spring on the toptopher, did you buy brake pads from Auto Zone? If so, check to see if they have the thin plate on the back side of them with clips that come around the edges. Remove them and then put the wheel back on and it will spin freely. Sounds stupid but you will not hear any grinding when you spin the wheel. This is only if you have those thin shields on the pads.
The spec I quoted, 188-254 Lb-Ft, is directly from the shop manual....
I could have opened up my OEM manuals too... just too lazy... regardless that nut has nothing to do with how freely the wheel spins...
