Well back a few years ago ... I believe Frogman and I attempted to see who could stay on .org for the shortest amount of time.

Don't remember how long we both were on but we were both banned after one post.


Also there is a long history of LvC and LOD .. LOL ... The Adim of LvC came from LOD .. I believe Joey still owns the site ... LOL ..
 
This is the only lincoln site im on. After hearing about the other places dont think im going to explore any of the others. I guess they like using that ban button a little much.
 
I got banned for defending lincoln vs toyota hybrids. Some turd bowl over there was ranting about how great his prius was and I tossed him a couple insults for doing it on a mark site and got banned immediately. And for the record, GA courts would tell him to piss off if he tried to collect on that stupid mundane rule.

Like, if you respond to this post again you agree to pay me 450 bucks. All disputes will be settled in GA court.

I expect the checks to be rolling in, and there is a return check fee:D
 
I got banned for using the word "ass". And not even by actually typing it, by quoting. No joke.

So in turn I made this and swapped it in on my server since my sig file has an external link to the pic.

That was me. My sig was like 2 or 3 characters over the limit. No email telling me that there's a limit, just a ban. And this was while I was trying to sell a new set of front air springs.

the owner of that site probably gets his head smacked all the time by his wife from breaking her long list of rules so he opens a forum with ridiculous rules to make him feel better

well I just signed up there, apparently my mark was for sale on there from the guy i bought if off of and i wanted to ask him a few questions....but after thats over...i bet I'll be banned in 1 post...and it'll be for a certin person taking a pen15 right in the kisser...hahaha...he can try to take me to GAy court.....like i'd go....ha

1 of them I banned myself from back in 2002
the other I left because my "car enthusiasm" meant that I couldn't "believe in god"..(shakes head) according to Logres/Wayne.

I got tired of him taking pot shots at my religious beliefs every time I proved him WRONG.

Ya, LOD has a TON of religious wacos - a TON. I stopped posting there. Not banned, just stopped. I did not want to be associated with such a phuct up group.

Same here, just got tired of everytime I posted something, wayne would incessantly argue for the sake of arguing, usually added NO tech to back up his arguement.
Then when "pinned in the corner" turned the topic to religion or my lack thereof..

I literally got tired of argueing with a TREE STUMP..

here on LVC you expect it, and deal with it.

Over there, there ARE NO TREE STUMPS according to the mods.. yet I kept putting a hole in the bottom of my bass boat, when I hit the damned tree stumps.

SO I just STOPPED going there..

little by little alot of familar faces from there showed up over here.

most of the forums exist BECAUSE of that place.

each time a group or infuential person was banned, Wala.. a new message board was born.

There's been 3-4 good "blow ups" over the last 10 years, nearly all of them spawned another Community.

If I'm not mistaken, LVC got it's kickstart from the LMS/Geno hate going on over there.(or "went on over there 10 years ago..lol)
 
I've done things like a** and sent someone to a "banned vendor" (Brad) and I haven't been banned. I guess 'cause I'm cute and cuddly.:D :cool:
 
each of those communities are a little bit different.
Some are bland
Some are "Kumbaya"

everyone that doesnt fit into "bland or kumbaya" usually filters over to LVC.

LVC= "this isn't your grandmas lincoln message board".

HAHA makes me glad I'm in the Lincoln LS Forums where I haven't seen anyone banned...hell even all the sh*t I've done...then again I'm just a teddy bear made out of razor blades. :-D
