best of luck everyone!

Good luck to everyone.:) Looks like February will be a close contest.

I got smoked front marker lights now if that helps :) Hopefully take my headlights apart and get rid of the yellow lens too. Maybe some headlight eyelids in the future too.

Until I can accumulate money and start on the brakes.

those are all pretty simple tasks. I would do them all at once since its easier to paint the housings with the eyelids while they are off. Makes it easier to level them off to each other. It gives these cars a much more aggressive front end. It brings out the evil in them so to say.

I have to take mine apart again for the halos.... and I plan on buffing the lenses with plastic x to get them as clear as possible. I would do that too while you have it apart. Seal em well after (i havent done mine yet since I knew the halos were coming) or you'll get that crappy fogging action you can see in my sig

Yea, one of my lights gets the moisture in it, so figured while I have to reseal it, take out the Yellow lens. I was thinking of doing the halo's too but seems like chances are good that 1 will go bad and then will need to take the lights apart again.

Why dont we make a special poll...

NICK VS ME :D...

Just kidding Nick

Looks good but dont put eyelids on it

Wasn't there an idea to have an LS of the year thread pitting the 12 winners against each other at the end?

Don't do that unless you plan to polish them at LEAST once a week. For a more permanent solution polish the lenses and then spray them with a clear coat that will adhere to plastic.

I dont know what he is trying to say ( simply cause I have had to much MGD tonight ) but I agree cause today I have noticed some funny pits or some crap that appears to be on the inside, yes inside of the plastic. Im not saying it is but it looks funny and can only associate it with constant tooling around with!

Also, I found that most bad seals are do to not properly cleaning up the Grey gluey crap so it creates a even seal when dropping a bead.

Make sure to clear out all the clumps or at least most of the clumps of Grey gluey crap!
