My Mark's Performance Upgrades

Check out the deals I found on Ebay and Craigs list. It is amazing what you can find. I got this 8.8 Posi from a 2001 Mustang GT. for $20.00

Then I pick this practically brand new 3.73 ring and pinion gear taken from a 2007 Ford F-150 for $50.00. This hahs virtually no wear at all on it.

An F150 doesn't uses 8.8 gears, a Ranger and Explorer are the only tucks that have 8.8's.

If it is from a 4.6 it used a 31 spline 8.8. 5.4's had the larger rear.

the 9.75" rear-end is becoming more and more prevalent in the F-150's

nice find.

im still trying to get my hands on a trac-lok. i do have various sets of gears both from work and a friend. (stock 3.27, 3.55 currently installed, 3.73, and 4.10s.) still want to get a 2.73 for testing purposes when i go turbo.
