I had the same problem bigrig with my changer. I did the card trick and use a black cd at times to get me out but eventually it just quit all together.

Same thing here. Eventually no amount of fiddling with it would get the cds out.

I did find some notes last night and watched some youTube videos on a possible repair.

Sounds like I should go take my CD's out.

If it's that big 3M disc you put in, it's not coming out Chris! I can tell you that now!

Is there is a difference between the GEN I and GEN II disc changers? I always have 6 disc's in my 06 and have never had a problem.

My 1st Gen had the Pioneer style changer in the glove box. I'm not sure when they went to the integrated style.

After all this time, decided it was time to finally put better pics of my LS up. Exterior only, for now. The car is nothing special, just a 2003 LS V8, True Blue with a light grey interior. It's all stock too, even has the original wheels. I wouldn't look for this to change either.
