Does anyone know what style and size of Flowmaster Muffler will fit on a 1995 Mark VIII with the stock exhaust system?? I do not know the thickness of the stock exhaust nor what style would sound good on that car.

Thanks for the help,
Vic

sound is always up for debate my friend. i used to have a love for flowmasters especially on 5.0's. they ill all "fit" if your just looking to replace the mufflers the lincolnmotorsport.com LMS X-Pansion series come with an excellent sound and fully polished stainless look that is just beautiful but if your sold on flowmasters

here is a diagram of your 95 i would remove everything including #4 back(your resonator, and if you were really feeling frisky get rid of 3rd cat just cut the pipes before it and run new pipes from there,i just dont know how aggressive your emissions are where you are otherwise just eliminate resonator and run pipes from there) and run 2.5" duals as you see the 2 into 1 into 2 again is seriously restricting your exhaust and is worth 10 hp just going to dual pipes. use any flowmaster you choose probably 40 series.

I have Flowmaster 40's on my 93. They aren't very loud but give it an aggressive sound. There is no drone on the highway. At 70, it almost sounds stock. Best of luck with whatever you choose.

i to have flowmasters on my 95 but mine does have some drone but to answer your question sonce the stock pipe size is under 2 inch i hade to use a adapet peice from orielys to go to 1.75 or whatever it was to 2.25
