I would check upper and lower control arms and tie rods. If you're lucky, you might just need a realignment because you tweaked the toe.

I hate to hear that happened but the main thing is that you didn't swerve off and hit someone else or go off in a ditch and roll over. I mean, things could have been worse but I agree, what happened would have pissed me off too. If it were me, I would make sure the upper and lower control arms aren't bent and the ball joints are good, strut rod and hopefully if you didn't hit it at a fast rate of speed, it will just need aligned again, like Kirk said. You'll know more tomorrow when you have some light on it.

Obviously you will have to take it somewhere for the tire so while you're there, ask them to inspect the parts too just for reassurance.

strut rod

Ah yes. That too. You might even be able to diagnose it yourself. Pull the tire off tomorrow and take a looksie. Something might just jump out at you right away. With your wheel tweaked the way it is, it sounds like something is bent from the sounds of it. It may not be as bad as you think. Maybe a bent control arm or tie rod. I'm going to say worst case scenario, you might have to replace a suspension component or two and get it realigned. At least you saved the rest of the car from damage. You're still in search of 13s I see. No silly curb is going to stop ya. Good luck man. ;)

Thanks guys that helped make me feel a bit better. Tomorrow I'm going to where a guy is parting a 97. It has octis, which is good cuz mine is now scrap. I might be Able to hopefully rob some other parts off it, depending on what's toast on mine. Thanks again guys

Little update, found parts and octis local, going after work to get them hopefully. Still haven't taken a very good look at the car though, damn work

The damage is 1 lca and possibly one upper. Everything else looks alright

Uhm...Looks alright to me? I just looked at mine pass side, looks the same as mine. Is it just me,?:( I don't see whats wrong. Could you point at whats wrong...If you think somethings wrong with yours and its the drivers side send it to me I could use a match, maybe putting that one on will counter balance my pull under braking to the right:mad:

Might be what's wrong with yours and why it pulls to the right when braking. His drivers side is fine. I think you need to match both of yours with some that aren't bent if they look like his old passengers side does, or did.

Was being sarcastic and making a joke out of my car, which it is and does pull to the right; think my problem is the strut arm on the pas side is cranked to deep or brakes hydraulic box is fugd.
He is pretty lucky that the arm and rim bent. Good to hear rubber side stayed down and only minor shake up, parts are replaceable the occupants are not...inless its your soon to be ex and a new seat cover is on back order.

I had tire punctures many times but never as violent as yours.
Fortunately, You and others were not hurt Mossbergman.

So what was the cause for the blowout?
