Why does Barack Obama insist on supporting such an organization with YOUR tax dollars?
New undercover footage shows staff at a Milwaukee, WI Planned Parenthood abortion clinic counseling a purportedly 14-year-old statutory rape victim not to tell anyone about her 31-year-old boyfriend and coaching her how to obtain an abortion without her parents’ consent. The new video, ninth in a series from Live Action documenting similar behavior in 5 other states, comes amid recent controversy about Planned Parenthood’s compliance with state laws regarding minors and abortion.

In the video, after hearing the girl is 14 and her boyfriend is “much older,” the counselor says whether or not the situation will be reported by clinic workers “depends on the person you’re disclosing that information to.” When the girl says that her boyfriend is 31, the counselor tells her, “You don’t have to say anything” about the statutory rape and instructs her, “Just give them the information that’s needed.” The counselor also confirms that the 31-year-old “boyfriend” will be paying for the abortion.

In Wisconsin, sex between an adult and a minor under age 16 is a felony, and health care professionals are required to report such cases to law enforcement immediately. The law specifically includes abortion providers in this requirement.

Live Action, the youth-led pro-life nonprofit that produced the video, has previously released undercover footage in its “Mona Lisa Project” showing sexual abuse cover-up at Planned Parenthood clinics in California, Indiana, Arizona, Tennessee, and Alabama. The Alabama Department of Health put a Birmingham Planned Parenthood on probation two weeks ago after finding 9 legal violations during an investigation prompted by a Live Action video.

Twenty-one-year-old UCLA student Lila Rose, Live Action’s president, says her organization’s videos reveal a common trend of unethical counseling practices and disregard for the law at Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the U.S.: “In case after case, Planned Parenthood acts in contempt of its legal and professional obligations to report child rape. At a time when the Obama administration, through its new health care plan, is offering potentially billions of dollars to the abortion industry, state and federal lawmakers need to take notice of Planned Parenthood’s lawlessness and make certain they receive no more taxpayer subsidies.”

Why can't people keep their noses in their own biz? What choices other people make are their own biz and maybe law enforcement, if illegal. Otherwise, go find something else to occupy your time. Stop dictating other people's morality.

Ok, I just watched the video, my only concern is that this thread was started to attack Obama, never mind the 31 y/o guy who got this girl pregnant, or the 14 y/o who had CONCENSUAL sex with this 31 y/o, or her "parents". The president cant control everything, we are responsible for what takes place under our roofs. We as americans have to stop blaming the president for everything, sure some things are his fault, but he didnt tell this 14 y/o to lay down and open her legs, better parenting would have prevented this. I have grown to dislike Obama over the years, but we have to be fair.
 
I find it funny they only showed pieces of the video to make the PP look bad. THey asked the right questions and she relayed the right message "it's a judicial bypass when you're underage and need the right documentation" Who's to say the counselor didn't report it? Another thing too..if this video was leaked...why hasn't anyone reported it and it being posted on the news? Why does the girl need a hidden camera? It's supposed to be a confidential meeting and video or auditing without consent is a breach of law. Hell even a doctor talking about a patient to someone else without that patient's consent can get him fired and his license stripped away!

Actually, it's about a set-up-job to make PP look bad. The girl, based on the back-story, was NOT preg., and she was not 14, she just said that in order to try to get the counselor to break the law by giving unlawful info.

Mkay, first of all, a 14 year old cannot have consensual sex with an adult. She's below the age of legal 'consent.' Second, Obama has pushed for $11 billion of our tax dollars to be given to Planned Parenthood.

So did Obama's pushing for this bill get her pregnant, or was it a lack of parenting? This goes back to the Harry Ried question that was never answered. whats more important, the fact that he used the "N" word or the fact that he is a democrat?

Go after the 31 y/o, not Obama, he didnt get this girl pregnant, lack of parenting did, hell, how much of our tax dollars go to welfare to care for these people who have kids underage? I am sure its more than 11 billion. IT's the parents fault for not being parents, its the fathers fault for taking advantage of this little girl, and its the the girl fault for not keeping her legs closed. Hell, lets blame Bush, Clinton, the Roosevelts while we are at it.

The LAW requires that Planned Parenthood report the statutory rape. They proved that they don't do that. It goes to a more important point - that PP is part of the massively lucrative and gory abortion industry, which has a vested monetary interest in seeing more babies slaughtered. They demonstrated that they will break laws to get more use out of their coat hangers.

Now.

We understand that you, as a proudly admitted and avowed baby killer, don't give a rat's ass about PP and their abortion mill. That said, the fact that you willingly excuse Obama for contributing our tax dollars to a lawbreaking organization shows just how little integrity you have.

How do you know they didn't report it, if she would have said, "I have to report that" do you honestly think that 14 y/o would have stayed, no that would have been another mouth I have to pay to feed.

Damn Foss it never fails, you always make this personal. Is that your only "come back". Yeah I paid for a couple abortions, that was a decision that was made after careful consideration. I will just blame D.C.

Wrong, I did watch the video, she said her boyfriend was much older, then the worker ask "was it consensual"? The 14 y/o says "Yes". It may have not been in those words, but it went soemthing like that. We can continue to blame DC for stuff, its the American way.

You do understand that at 14, she cannot consent. (obviously you don't but i'm giving you some leadway here) Just like at 17 you can't go buy a car, cause your signature is worthless for credit. The moment she becomes pregnant, someone is going to jail, whether or not she says it was consenual or not. Learn the law, or don't spew ignorance on something you know nothing about:shifty:

His point as I understand it, how is Obamas's fault that some twit at a PP clinic failed to report this.
 
Well that just reverts back to Fossten's point of why are we funneling money into the pockets of crooked evasive cheaters? Cut off their allowance and then they either learn to follow the law, or they get a job.:D
 
Here's The Real Deal

Planned Parenthood like most GOV. supported organizations were started by someone or maybe a group that found themselves a way to get FUNDING. Look at ACORN it made the guy with the IDEA "RICH". A WADE something.
All you need to do is get some social problem idea "out there" and a politician to beat the drum about it and that politician will get the MONEY and you can figure a way to get YOUR CUT. The people who run these organizations DON'T REALLY CARE they just see a way to RAKE IN THE MONEY pay themselves a big salary,,have fancy meetings in the BAHAMAS or wherever. Drive a fancy car belonging to the organization,,fly in their plane. This sad situation in HAITI will make many people RICH. I have a friend that does masonry work he can't wait to get to HAITI. He's a Canadian and speaks French as they do in Haiti. He can't wait to get there. He isn't out of work. it's not that. Him and a group of guys who do concrete work just know the money will be flowing in the streets soon.

psshhhh we should stop caring about other countries' misfortune and focus on our own. Haitians chose to live close together in huts they never bothered to reinforced with what little they had. Whereas it's not MOST American's faults that the government/banks drove our economy into the sh1tter.
