Yet Another Balljoint Thread (bear with me here)

My front lower ball joints in the front are absolutely shot. I was going to buy the Moogs off of Rock Auto but can't see that they carry them any more. I found these on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-...its=Make:Lincoln|Model:LS&hash=item3f06533b81

Does anyone have any experience with this brand? I searched for the past hour on here but couldn't see any body who had tried them. Also, while I'm at it I plan to replace the front sway bar end links (already did the rears) but is there anything else I should replace while I'm doing this?

Of course, check over all the suspension parts for excessive wear.. especially tie rods and ends..

I have euromark.. well I'm pretty sure because they came in a package when I bought the car

I just recently bought those and had them installed worked out great, i also reccomend changing the sway bar bushings as well if those have never been changed.

I just checked auto rock and the moog ball joints are still listed under suspension

I've got the euromark ones and they seem fine but the passenger side just started spinning and is knocking the nut loose. Anyone have any ideas for this?

Are the moogs they have the 16mm though? I can't find anywhere that it specifies.

I'm not sure if you could get them to go lower on price but it might be worth a shot. Anyways, I'll let everyone know my opinion on them once they are installed.

I see 16...

The stocks don't have grease fittings and look were that got you the first time..

Oh so in other words they can't be greased... Maybe I need to return the ones I bought and get the Moogs.

Exactly.. I mean you might be able to drill a hole and add one.. But if they have a warranty, you can throw that out the window

It's a 1 year 12,000 mile. I just e-mailed them about it, just waiting to hear back. Oh and for future reference you have to look under 03-06 to find the 16mm's on Rock Auto. I was looking under the 00-02 but I guess they didn't take the Sport models into account.

Good to know.. I expect mine to last the rest of the life of the car.. I grease them every 6k miles or so..

regarding the nut breaking loose...

you need the ford-specific nut and washer.

The nylon locknuts provided with the ebay joints are terrible.
