Here's some pics of the seat switch panel. As you can see from the pics, the rear center mount is broken. I would have glued it, but I didn't see a point in it with the pieces that are left of it. The forward center mount was cracked around the top, but I glued it and now it feels VERY solid. It's not the prettiest thing in the world, but like I said, it's solid. If it ever breaks again, it won't be where the glue is. 
There was also some very small fine cracks at the top of the panel just above the forward-most mount. This is pretty common. The only one I haven't seen with these cracks is the brand new one I bought from Ford. I put some glue all along the back of those cracks so they should be good also.
