worse MPG after coil & plug swap

sup Steve? long time no see. i had called you the other day when i saw your car at the beach. anyway, glad to hear your LS is back to normal. have a mechanic check your cats and sensors. btw when i saw the blue emblem on your car its swayed me to pick one up.

you could try swapping the O2 and Monitor from Driver's side to passenger side - if you still throw the same code - it has to be the cat. If the code changes to P0420 (Bank 1) then you know the problem followed the sensors you moved.
 
yeah i'm going to try that. is it fairly painless to do it yourself? haven't seen any tech articles or instructions about it yet.

rick - no kidding, when was this? i must not have seen your car because every time i see an LS especially a modified one i stop and try to get the attention of the driver and say what's up, haha. anyways how you doing? we should get together again soon. once i get my door fixed and this 02/cat issue resolved i'm going to get a full detail, then i'll be ready to cruise :D
