Wiper help 94 Mark VIII

Hey, if any one can help me with my wiper problem it would be a great help. I have had the wiper motor tested and was told it worked with an alternate power source. I was told to replace the multifunction switch and module,which has been done. I still can't get them to come on. When I turn them on they go down to the off position. I am getting the clicking in the module when I go through the different delay speeds but nothin. Does anyone have anything for me? Thanks

9 times out of 10, the wiper motor is the blame.

At least it's been 2 for 2 on mine.

Ok, thanks driller. I guess that will be the next thing I replace. I hope it works, after that it's just wiring left.
