Is there anyway to turn this back to the park position. I cant find any type of bolt to loosen it. I turned on my wipers when there was frost on my car and they were stuck so this moved but the wipers didnt, now they park in the up postition instead of down. Any suggestions?

Looking at the pic your not going to be able to reuse this anyway. you used Vicegrips or something to try and move it aand now all of the grooves are stripped out it looks like. you could have just removed the wiper arms and reseated them in the new position is the tran slipped some teeth.
It may be best to replace the entire assembly with a junker.

good luck.

yeah thats what ive been reading. Im going to try and see if I can manually move them and if they get messed up ill be getting the new motor anyway. I did try the vise grips but they are solid. Im still able to get the arm back on even though I messed the threads.

Well try and pull the motor out and see if they free up then.
It may help if the motor has jumped due to them sticking. If I remember you still have to pull the cover to get to the motor. PITA either way.
Good luck let us know what your solution was.
