My old man used to say paint it red it'll sell. He called it resale red. But I think this guy took it out of context.
 
I wonder where he gets "80,000" invested. Even with the original purchase price, and the engine rebuild, and the paint job, he shouldn't be at $80,000 invested....
 
He also says it's not tuned, lol... Sounds like a time bomb.

that looks more like a 4.6 i have never seen a 5.4 with the intake tube on the left side. all the gt500's intake tubes are on the right. i could be wrong thow.

According to the Q&A, he swapped the engine; it's supposedly a rebuilt Cobra engine. Marauders came with the DOHC 4.6L, but this ain't no Marauder, despite what the guy says in his description. I think the auction title says it all: Mercury Other.

I like red cars, but damn. Just damn.

In the Q&A he says it made 780 RWHP without a tune, but he also says he has over $20K in "engine&charger and tuning."

It still sounds like a time bomb, though... :runaway:
