My pillars are NASTY, faded, discolored etc. I saw the chrome ones for sale and ebay and all, I even think I saw some stainless ones, but anyone know where I can get new black ones ? Anyone ever painted the pillars to match the car ?

Also the chrome trim, anything to do with that, do the newer cars have the chrome trim ? My LSE has no chrome and I want it gone.

if you just want black ones, then just get new ones from the dealer. i have chrome/polished, but i have also seen them in carbon fiber

I wouldnt mind carbon fiber, are they carbon fiber replacements or stick ons. I HATE anything stuck on. I'd rather spend 1000 times more money to replace it.

Actually they don't look bad at all. Most people think it's stock.

Steve,

I have those on my LS too. I love the look of them. I really like the logo you put on yours!

anyone know how much new stock ones are? or how much the stick on carbon fiber ones are? Mine are looking pretty bad.

Someone here bought a set of the OEM b-pillars. As I remember they were a pain in the a$$ to install. I remember the cost being quite expensive. As for the carbon fiber b-pillars, I sell them on my website for $99 a set. I send the Lincoln decals with each set as well.

Using a buffer with some cleaner wax or possibly wetsanding them should help.

I personally just used chrome door pillars.. looks clean and simple.. you can repaint them which i have seen, or use any protective film that you desire..
