Who got pulled over

Ok i was traveling east on i70 just west of Topeka, Ks and i saw a Turquoise blue mark first gen with two thick black racing stripes pulled over on i70 west bound by two state suv boys... it didn't look good either. any of you kc guys know who that is, looked like a nice mark

Might be the guy that someone asked about that has been missing for around a year.... I never seen a Mark in that color with stripes and don't know what his even looked like.

nope. kc96lsc has an orange car.
