Which rims?

They are from the thecustomwheelshop.com but they never answered my email, guess ill have to call.

I have a set of speedstars with tires practiclly brand new for 1,100 with lugs and everything you need to bolt them on your car.

600 is quite a bit less than 1100, as much as I would love to drive around Ohio looking just like jamie, i cant do it.

no offense but my 98 cost less than that. those rims would look way better than my paint job.

I think ill go with number two.

Hidden valve stems? Pics pretty please! :D

Normohl......I would be happy to answer any questions you have with respect to the wheels you are interested in.

The first two wheels are Coddington Billet Forged 2pc wheels. They are a total custom wheel. I build them to your needs ie, big brakes, lip, no lip, staggered or not staggered. Those wheels in an 18" are $590EACH, it sounded like you were under the impression they were $590set.

We can tuck a 18X10 or push it out to the fender line. Also with these new Pro Tour wheels we can build up the centers hub pad to add offset and brake clearance or shave it down for stock brakes and net bigger lip.

I have a full set of 18X8/10 PT22's already built for Big Brakes sitting on my floor. I would give someone a smokin' deal on them to get a set out there. They are the Fully polished centers and barrels. They look Chrome.

With respect to Speedstars being played out. I can see where its fun to be differant. But if you are giving something up to be differant I dont get it...lol They are common wheels among enthusiests like most everyone here on these boards. But good luck running across a MarkVIII in your local area with Speedstars. So in the REAL world they are VERY unique and in my own opinion is probably the best looking wheel Ive seen on a Mark. But thats just me and that might sound biased but I really dont care...;)

I should have replied to this a long time ago but I missed it somehow.

Everyone have a GREAT weekend.

They come with a nipple that has a schrader valve in it. They're kind of a pain in the butt.

Oh come on...You know you like them. :p

They dont hang up on your dry or wax towel.
nobody gonna swipe your caps
nobody gonna flatten your tires (without the right tools)
the bushings last longer than a conventional stem because they are not exposed to the weather like a regular rubber valve.
And its always fun to watch the rookie tire guy search and search for the valve stems...hahahaha

oh and I think it finishes the look of the wheel (cleaner).

looking elsewhere, since the ones I liked from thecustomwheelshop were 600 bucks each. Too bad there is not a bigger market for these so thecustomwheelshop could carry more. I did notice they added a few since i started looking but not budget ones

Man I thinks it's a good deal!!! I really wish I had the cash right now!!! Let me come up with some money Omen and I will do something with you!!! I got some stuff in route soon to make some money with!!! Ill PM you soon as I know something!!!

There are some places that you can make payments on your rims while you ride on them. The place here is aarons. Well it is part of AArons but they are called Rimco. They are like rent to own and you get to ride on them and just pay payments every week or every month however you set it up!!! They have a showroom full of rims.

What size? They do not look good in a size under 20!! Those particular rims. Speedstars and other various racing type of rims look good in sizes under 20's! My opinion!!!!

18's, as I am too white for anything larger, and how do you figure they don't look good under 20?

they look fine on thecustomwheelshop.com custom rim simulator. Although they only have the second one.

hell any 18 inch rim looks better than a 16 in my book.

the last ones are real close to speedstars, so I don't see why they would look bad as 18's. They don't even come larger than 18.

If you want a Black wheel we just got the Black Speedstars in a few weeks ago. We also have another 5-spoke bullit type spoke wheel coming in soon. They are a Dark Gunmetal finish that almost looks black in 18X9. They are also Hubcentric. I expect them to arrive in a week or so. Pic below.

wow! I do like those but I am a little Leary of a murdered out mark. I will have to think about it for a while that's why I wanted some other input.

I am in no hurry, I am open to any version of the 5 spoke, so feel free to post some that you like.
