they're both 10 inch subs and im planning on getting 2 of them, so let me know which is better... im not looking for any other models besides these 2 so let me know! thanks

i have the pioneers, but i am sure everyone will say that the jls are better. for the price i personally dont think you can beat the pioneers

I would go with the Pioneers out of those two.

Pioneer has always made solid products, not the best out there, but definately the most cost effective. On the contrary I've heard that JL subs are pretty good. Either way, would it really be that much of a difference?

i doubt it would be much of a difference... i just hear alot of talk about JL subs and i looked up Pioneers for the hell of it and it looked to me like the Pioneers had better numbers and they are the same price... thanks for everyone's input...

JL does have a good name but not because of those subs. Not saying they are bad, but with those entry level subs you are buying a name and not really the best product.

I have had 2 diffrent sets of pioneer impp subs and been very satisfied. I also have alot of friends who have JL subs and are happy. I think either way you will be satisfied with both choices.
