Where are the spark plugs on a 2000?

The spark plugs are inside the valve covers on top of the engine. You have to take the valve covers off and remove the coil over packs to get to them.

You have to take the coil covers off. The coil covers are mounted to the tops of the valve covers.

dude; you're both wrong.... they are in the trunk, under the spare :\

The plugs in the trunk are for the transmission. Duh!

The engine spark plugs are in the fuel tank.

Thought this would be an easy answer when you open up the owner's manual. I haven't bothered to open mine up yet, but i'm sure would would have some information that might just help you. But what do I know...I'm just a Newbie

LOL!!! I was aware that the plugs are under the valve cover somewhere. I just wasnt to sure of where. As for cheacking the owners manual, sadly I dont have one... but Im not neive enough to actually believe that they are located in the trunk :bsflag:

the plugs are under the coils, which are under the COIL COVERS, not the valve covers.
