Where are the spark plugs on a 2000?

And what tools are required to do this job?
 
The spark plugs are inside the valve covers on top of the engine. You have to take the valve covers off and remove the coil over packs to get to them.
 
Go to the top of the page and click on TECH ARTICLE next to SEARCH and go down to Replacing Spark Plugs.

Not true at all.

You have to take the coil covers off. The coil covers are mounted to the tops of the valve covers.
 
Thought this would be an easy answer when you open up the owner's manual. I haven't bothered to open mine up yet, but i'm sure would would have some information that might just help you. But what do I know...I'm just a Newbie :P
 
LOL!!! I was aware that the plugs are under the valve cover somewhere. I just wasnt to sure of where. As for cheacking the owners manual, sadly I dont have one... but Im not neive enough to actually believe that they are located in the trunk :bsflag:
