Just like the title says.My 95 Conti now when it is cold. You put it in Drive and it dies. After it warms up its fine.I have no clue.Im starting and hoping it might be a bad TPS that isnt throwing a code.help!

could be bad gas. My conti worked fine but then shut off on me cuz of that. couple days later she was all fine

my LS did something of that nature and ended up being a bad solenoid in the tranny. hope not same for you cost 1700 to fix

Alrighty I will be doing that tommorrow Will let you know.As long as I can figure out where it is.

Ok guys got some more info.I started the car for the first time today. No problems.I put it in drive like normal and it died.So this time I tried reverse, gas it alittle gas and it stayed running.I put the parking brake on.and chocked the tires.Popped the hood and all I hear is air,Sounds like its coming from under the air filter somewhere.Put it in drive and I hear even more air and when the air gets quiet the car lurches forward. So I think you are all right about it being a vacuum. Now my question is when I get to check it out more in the day is what is under the air box making the hissing noise?Anything specific I should look for? Thanks!

if you replaced your air filter recently make sure you hooked it up correctly. With my conti, I once didn't put the air filter right and it started jerking really badly.
