my 93 has a conversion kit at stock height. i'm lookin to get a lowering kit. does anyone know whos the best way to go for handling? or if theres another thread about this on here?
I prefer linear rate springs vs the progressive types but honestly any well developed brand name tbird spring will work. If your looking for cheap springs buy used thunderbird supercoupe/sport springs and cut a coil or more since they are linear it doesn't hurt the performance of the spring. If your looking for new springs sprint and tokico make linear springs along with a couple others. There are also many good choices for tbird progressive springs such as vogtlands or eibachs. Just be aware that you shouldn't (doesn't stop some people though) cut progressive rate springs.
i have a lowered strumasters ultimate ride kit in my 93 that my wife wants out asap. she wants a standard kit in instead. she hits everything with the car i need to take it out asap. what kind of standard kit do you have, and how old is it? this is how my 93 sits.
