What Is The Procedure To Inflate The Airbags?

I just replaced my strut rod bushings and lower control arms. In order to do the repairs, I deflated the front bags, what steps do I need to do in order to inflate the bags again. I still have the car in the air, I have not put weight on the bags.

Pop off the air line, and blow really hard into each bag.

Drop the car down with the jack, but not ALL the way... just down to the point where it is slammed slammed... then just start it up and let the compressor air itself back up.
