updating incase anyone has any imput or someone else finds this thread helpful in the future.

Put a belt back on today. Ran for about 10sec and the A/C compressor started smoking. The belt was fine, the pulley on the A/C was spinning, but it seems like something inside the clutch is rubbing. Think I'm just going to get the delete pulley and call it a day.

unstuck it with some PB Blaster. And lubed what I could with some synthetic oil. Hopefully it wont seize up again.

You unstuck what with PB Blaster? The A/C compressor pulley? You probably got oil all over the clutch friction material, hence the smoking! That wasn't a good thing to do, but hey, if your compressor was screwed anyway, no matter.
