Anybody got the dimensions on the valve cover bolts- size, dia., length? I', putting the aluminum SVT valve covers on and want to use stainless allen heads on them.

Hehehehe, it's not fun. May have to raise the right side of the engine to get that one out.

Correction, you DO have to raise each side to get each side out. My wifes car was down for the count today so I was tied up doing a fuel filter, spark plugs etc on hers to fix her issues. Never got to my car. I'll have to tackle it sometime this week before I move. I'll post up as soon as I get it done.

actually you dont have to raise the engine at all, because i never once put a jack under my 98 when i powder coated my valve covers, and i got them out! its just easier, but you dont have to.

Well I tried for 5+ hours to get mine out with out raising the engine, and finally gave up. Took me all of 10 minutes to get them out raising the engine.
