Do they need to be welded to the frame I completely forgot

The top spring perches that come with various coil kits just have a locating peg, so no welding.

I made my one perches with the stud so still no right

If the perches you made resemble those of those coil kits I've fitted and the studs fit in the holes and keep the spring straight, then no welding at all, because once it's all back together, the perches can't possibly move due to spring pressure and the fact that the stud is in it's hole. You'll see what I mean when you get it all back together.

Ok thanks man and yeah I tried to get it as close as possible to them..... and wut about a perch that resembles the ones one the tbirds that actually looks like a cup inside the spring.... I think ima fab up something like that as well as the other perch

Either type perch would work. The Arnott coil kit has an upper perch that sits inside the spring, with a rubber isolator around it that covers the top of the coil. The more common Strut Masters kit is the other design - a metal plate with tabs that sits over the spring.
