UCA/LCA poly bushing worth it?

My car only has 50K miles on it, BUT since its 14yrs old and I have the front end half ripped apart for coil conversion, are UCA/LCA poly bushing worth it to install at this time?

Are you talking about strut rod bushings?

I've tried poly in the front LCA's and UCA's on my SC and went back to the OEM/TRW pieces. I wouldn't recommend it.
