us of steaks on again tonight its worth it just to see the RARE cuts of meat just flowing with blood!.they have a few good steak houses here in fla as well as ruth's chris steak house which is magnifigant meat house just way ,i mean way,overpriced, then all the sides,etc.the capitolgrille is one of the best.i just find looking at a perfectly cooked piece of steak which should be just seared on either side, done is a ork of art as i marinade mine in a special blend(s) of spices and freshly grown spices and hot peppers, habaneros, szchezuan,chili, jalepeneo,scotch bonnet. i grew up with all these in moms garden as well as various fruits even to this day asian mangos every kind of berries, blue,red rasberry, blackberry razzleberry, strawberry, bananas, plantaines, which makes for funny practical jokes as well as cruel, but did i mentioned FUNNY.anyways anybody like hot sauce that will sweat your face off i make the meanest and just a touch with the right bbq sauce and your in heaven.pm me ill send you some or the peppers to make your own.
