the chip on or off it still will govern at the same spot but with the chip on the car bucks abuptly where with the chip off it's
Smooth like just slowing the car down. So the governed is definetly a chip issue. I'll get in contact with geno to get to the bottom of this because if this is wrong with the chip I wonder what else is?
 
sniper tune also lowers the speed limiter to 110 on the marks. It also sets off the anti theft light on the dash. From what sniper techs said it was caused by the way lincoln arms this feature. It is opposite at least in the gen 2's to all other fords. Like others said before maybe wrong tune. BTW what times are marks turning on the gas. Sounds like a few of you are using it.
 
i'm not going to run the juice until I turn up some more decent times with out it. The 150 shot is freaking amazing though, it pulls so freakin hard its rediculous.

As far as it shifting different, its really too close to call. I know it shifts a little earlier than it would with the chip. It shifts at about 5900 I believe.

At light throttle with the 4.10's chip (set up for 4.10s) vs no chip what should I be seeing. According to my speedo, with out the chip it shifts into 2nd at like 8 mph - 2-3 at like 25 i think and fourth i think at 35-40. Should the chip change the shift points for light throttle?

I remember taking the chip off and banging off the rev limiter with my other trans but with this gt one I don't recall banging off the rev limiter. The car doesnt drive that bad with out the chip
 
I know Kid thats why the techs at sniper are fixing mine right now. Bouncing off the limiter going thru the traps aint cool. I LOOOOOOOve gas
