tinted

My comment about "easy money for the state". Illinios budget is in bad shape. So law enforcement is writing tickets for everything they can. The money goes to the state. Just like Cali passing laws to tax everyone they can. States in general are hurting for money. So they are using what they can to produce revenue.

Were we not giving freebies to illegals we would probably be doing OK!

Funniest diatribe I got was from an Ohio Highway Patrol officer just south of Cleveland(on my way home to the southern most tip of the state) about how he thought tint served no purpose but could not do sh** as I have a prescription for tint darker than Ohio law allows and on the entire front windshield. He was so mad that he could not ticket me. :).

In most cases, when a fix it ticket could have been issue. Instead, the officer issues a written warning. I Have had several of them. Its a polite way of saying "fix the issue".

I'm due to get my windows tinted on the 2nd of March. I was wondering, as a fellow Missourian, how frequently did you get pulled over? I'm mulling over getting the legal 35% in the front and the rest 15%. Or just going all 15%:shifty:. I kinda like the uniformity of a solid tint.

I live ob the Illinios side of STL. Sorry. Can't help you.:( My personal opinion. Do 35% on the front and 15% on the rear. The rear will make the front look darker. You will still be legal.:)

Haha thanks! I noticed that you're from Illinois now that you changed your sig with the plates showing :)
