Glad you think so highly of this forum and the people of this community. I can see if you have a problem with one or two people here, not everyone is expected to get along... but to generalize and lump us all together as being lower on the totem pole than yourself is just not right. A majority of us are just LS owners and enthusiasts... and certainly we don't all claim to know everything about the cars... but we help where we can. Sometimes in life, we can't solve all of your problems for you. But to come on here and say we're "people of no ethics" is just wrong. So if you can't appreciate any general attempt to help you out, then please:

Good observation RGL, what were people thinking? Trying to help you fix a car over the internet? That's not very ethical. Its a good thing pilots can't log into a How-to-Fly forum when its time to land a plane. A non-ethical person might try to help them and then we don't land.
Good luck finding another forum full of ethical people that can fix a car they can't even see. When that happens please PM me.
BTW - Macanic is the name of a UK company that sells home automation products, but I don't know why you would pay them to fix a car.

I can see his frustration, I became a minister, got my college degree and Im a certified surgeon in 2 third world countries. I got all this online. I also helped save a banker from Nepal and he gave me $5 billion just for helping him. I LOVE THE INTERNET!!!

You have a problem with your automatic transmission, one of the most complex pieces of machinery on the planet.
You don't want to pay a trained professional to fix it.
You decide to fix it yourself, but you don't know how.
You ask for help and advice.
You get help from the one member here who knows what it even looks like inside a transmission.
You don't know what you are doing.
You screw up the repair because you lose a internal part of your transmission.
You pay more money to get a replacement for the part you lost.
You continue to bungle your way through this repair.
You finally get it to work.
You share all of your incompetence and short comings with strangers on the internet.
And now YOU are angry?
Is that about it? Are you done now? Can we expect any more from you? How much did this job cost you in time, money and frustration? Was it worth it? Did you save money? I ask because I was really enjoying the entertainment and the laughs.
What can we look forward to next from you?
A bad audio install where you fry all your electronics? How about a brake overhaul? Remember, there's a front and a back, and all the parts might not be included in the kit. So good luck and watch out for that first stoplight. I wouldn't order those suicide bomb plans either, because you would just screw that job up too and we would never hear that bang at the end.

RGL can you ask you macanics how to put the key in my passenger side front door to unlock it. None of these unethical people on this forum or LLSOC would help me out and I really hate looking like an a$$ for not opening my wifes door when we go places. When I push the button on the black thing that has my keys on it, the drivers door is the only one that unlocks. If your macanics can fix that too I would be forever greatful because I've left her like three time because I don't want her crawling through my LS.

I give the guy credit for attempting to work on his car but with out support from someone who knows what they are doing beside him... and without a shop mannual...
First Mod I purchased... Ford Factory Shop Mannual... worth it's weight in gold.
Also works good as a booster seat for short people LOL...

Its not like im a Ford Master Tech, oh wait I am....but there are some things that are really hard to understand and explain over the internet.
here is an idea, if you dont know what you are doing dont f with your car!. I could have done your valve body in about an hour and guess what, it would have moved when I was done.
