damn I thought "diversified products" went by the wayside years ago.
They used to buy up all fords obsolete old stock..and sell it.
They ran magazine ads in the back of the popular ford publications back when those publications had not a single WWW address in them.
used to get obsolete SVO parts from them back in the day...sadly enough sounds like the same "aZZHAT know it all" answering the phones.
