Now as Sapperfires car is nearing completion I am feeling the need for one of my own again. I think I will actively search for another 98 Grey LSC with black interior. That's the only combo I am interested in. Then build it up like my white one just with a little more modern trans and motor.
But that got me traveling down memory lane with some friends so I figured I would put all my Mark project pics in one place.
The one that started it all. 1997 Evergreen LSC. Two owner car with low miles. Just paid a grand to have all 77 dings pulled and the fender color matched only to have it totaled the next day.
Which gave way to the 1998 Pearl White LSC that got everything thrown at it. Car handled spectacular and rode well with the chasis and suspension mods but the real magic was under the hood.
My 2nd, 3rd and 4th marks all together.
Mark number 3. 1997 Black on grey LSC.
Number 4 and by far my favorite color combo. This car was super clean.
Mark number 5 was a nice Cordovan LSC.
Number 6 was my first first gen car. Uber uber clean. Ivory on Ivory 1995 that was 100% flawless.
Number 7 was a well worn 97 LSC that needed a new lease on life so we gave it one.
And last bun not least, a 1997 Base I bought from a good friend at an excellent price. Needed lots of love but we gave it to it and it turned out to be a pretty sweet car.
So yes, I still love marks and one day you will all see another of my boring and long build threads to make something special again.
