A few months ago I put new Energy Suspension sway bar bushings on the front of the Mark. A couple of weeks ago I had to crank the bolts down on the drivers side because it was moving around in the bracket, now in the past couple of days I noticed the other side has gotten loose. I grabbed the sway bar and there was some pretty big slop in it. It wasn't the bracket moving but the bushing moving inside the bracket.

The sway bar bushings that I used were the red Energy Suspension set, I originally put the Ford bushing caps on. I put the caps on today that came with the bushing set, and greased them and it still clunks...could it be the sway bar links

That's a common problem, and more likely than the mounts.

sway bar ends

Agreed and use only the moog end links.I replaced mine with the after market crap 6 months ago and they are making a hellova racket now.The best price I can find for the links is advance auto for 44.00 bucks a side.
